Made with Hojicha powder that offers a distinctive, nutty flavour profile. The roasting process gives Hojicha its characteristic reddish-brown colour and rich, toasty aroma, bringing slightly caramelized taste, which pairs well with both sweet and savory elements.
Hojicha nama chocolate in the middle is rich and and smooth, adding on double umaminess in the cake itself.
