Made with pure yam paste, cooked for at least 40mins, some chunks of yam to increase the texture. The cake base is pandan flavour which is fragrant, light and fluffy, with a smooth and tender crumb. The filling is creamy and slightly sweet, providing a delightful contrast to the cake.
