Made with pure yam paste, cooked for at least 40mins, some chunks of yam to increase the texture. The cake is light and fluffy, with a smooth and tender crumb. The filling is creamy and slightly sweet, providing a delightful contrast to the cake.
Our yam seinyu roll is filled with a delicately 70% yam paste and 30% Chantilly cream, so imagine how heavy it is?

We provide car deliveries up to 30km from Horizon hill or Austin Crest. Delivery fee will shown when the address is key in.
